2026 Woodville
Hayley Hoskins
Hayley Michelle Hoskins is honored to represent Woodville as a Lady-in-Waiting for the 83rd Annual Tyler County Dogwood Festival. Hayley is the daughter of Morgan and Craig Hoskins of Woodville. Serving as her escort for the festivities will be Landen Primrose, son of Isaac Primrose and Sarah Russell. At Woodville High School, Hayley is active in both athletics and student organizations. She plays volleyball and softball for the Lady Eagles and is a member of the National Honor Society, Interact Club, Student Council, and FFA. One of Hayley’s favorite Dogwood Festival memories is serving as a flower girl when she was in the first grade. She has also enjoyed participating in the festival’s historical plays for many years. After graduation, Hayley plans to attend the University of Texas at Austin, where she intends to major in nursing. Hayley’s favorite things are the lake, crawfish, and her dog, Gizmo. Hayley is appreciative of the opportunity to grow up in a small community. She is excited to venture out into other parts of the world, but no place will ever mean more to her than Tyler County.
Virginia Ludewig
Virginia Louise Ludewig has been selected as the Woodville Lady-in-Waiting for the upcoming Tyler County Dogwood Festival. She is the daughter of Tracy and Lance Ludewig of Woodville. Her escort for the festivities will be Phillip Babin, son of Luciana and Lucas Babin. At Woodville High School, Virginia has been involved in numerous organizations and activities. She is a member of the Student Council, National Honor Society, Interact Club, and Leo Club. Virginia also participates in the tennis team, One Act Play, and the yearbook staff, and she has been a member of the Woodville High School drill team. Following graduation, Virginia plans to attend Texas State University to pursue a degree in radiation therapy. Her long-term goal is to return to Tyler County and help provide accessible cancer treatment for those living in rural communities. In her free time, Virginia enjoys oil painting, cooking and baking, playing tennis, and spending time with family and friends. Among her favorite things are good food, time with the people she loves, and opportunities to be creative. Virginia looks forward to representing Woodville during this year’s Dogwood Festival and is especially excited to ride in both the Western Weekend and Queen’s Parade.
Carlie Risinger
Representing Woodville as Lady in Waiting is Carlie Renee Risinger, daughter of Amy and Mike Risinger. Carlie’s escort will be Luke Babin, son of Luciana and Lucas Babin. Carlie is involved in a wide variety of school and community activities. She is a varsity cheerleader and a member of the tennis team. Carlie also serves as president of the National Honor Society and is the Lions Club Sweetheart. She is a member of the FFA, Interact Club, Leo Club, and Student Council. Carlie has fond memories of the Dogwood Festival, especially serving as a trainbearer when she was in the sixth grade. That year, due to COVID, the coronation ceremony was held in June, making the experience especially memorable. With her family having been involved in the festival for many years, Carlie is excited to be a part of this year’s festivities. After graduation, Carlie plans to attend Texas A&M University to pursue a degree in business marketing. In her free time, Carlie enjoys playing tennis, cheerleading, spending time with friends and family, tanning, going to the beach, and eating crawfish. She considers her greatest accomplishment to be getting baptized and is honored to represent Woodville during this year’s Dogwood Festival.
Kendall Standley
Kendall Brooke Standley will represent Woodville as a Lady-in-Waiting for the Tyler County Dogwood Festival. She is the daughter of Deanna and Jacob Standley of Woodville. Serving as her escort for the festivities will be Layne Rowinsky, son of Shelby and Josh Rowinsky. Kendall has been actively involved in both academics and extracurricular activities at WHS. She has played softball and volleyball and is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, HOSA, and Interact Club, where she serves as president. Kendall is most proud of graduating high school with more than 50 college credit hours while maintaining a 4.0 GPA and participating in multiple sports and school organizations. After graduation, Kendall plans to attend Stephen F. Austin State University to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She hopes to work in either labor and delivery or pediatrics in a hospital setting. In her free time, Kendall enjoys reading, playing softball, hunting, and spending time with friends. She also has a fondness for raccoons and enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting for big bucks. Kendall is honored to represent Woodville during this year’s festival and have fun with other members of the royal court.
