The Festival of the Arts is annually held the next-to-last weekend in March.

This event is an opportunity to celebrate the heritage and culture of Tyler County and East Texas.

2026 Schedule of Events

Sunday - March 22

11 am - 2 pm:  Dinner on the Grounds of Heritage Village

• Meal Tickets - Adults $12, Children (3-11) $6

2pm - 4pm: Royal Tea, Allan Shivers Library and Museum

• Babies - 3rd Grade girls
• $20 per child; $10 additional sibling

2pm - 4pm: Dogwood Museum Exhibit, Allan Shivers Library and Museum

• Free Admission

4pm - 6pm: Jr Royalty Floral Party, Tyler County Art League

• 4th grage - 8th grade girls
• $20 per child; $10 additional sibling
