The Festival of the Arts is annually held the next-to-last weekend in March.

This event is an opportunity to celebrate the heritage and culture of Tyler County and East Texas.

Saturday - March 21

9 am - 3 pm: Heritage Village

  - Village Tour  - Dogwood Festival Exhibit  - Live Music  - Quilt Show  - Buggies & Wagon Exhibit  

Sunday - March 22

11 am - 2 pm:  Dinner on the Grounds of Heritage Village
