PARADE ENTRY FORMS AND CODE OF CONDUCT MUST BE TURNED IN TOGETHER.

For Western Weekend Parade, current negative Coggins MUST BE PROVIDED

If payment is made electronically, proof of payment must be attached also.

FOOD VENDORS

 

Vendors must meet one of the three below:

1. Be licensed by the State of Texas Department of State Health Services as a mobile food unit

2. Meet the requirements of the Texas Department of State Health Services for Cottage Food

3. Register with the Woodville Health Department for a Temporary Food permit. The forms for the Temporary Food Permit are attached. The fee is $10
