Abby Stephens

Representing Silsbee in the 2024 festival will be Duchess Abby Stephens. Abby is the daughter of Edee and Randall Stephens.  Reid Martinez, son of Lisa and Derek  Martinez of Silsbee, will serve as Abby's escort during the festival.
