Kaylar Steltz

Duchess Kaylar Steltz will represent the city of Beaumont.  Kaylar is the daughter of Alisha Steltz and Rita Hough-Steltz.  She will be escorted by Kaden Satterwhite, son of Tiffany Borel and Mitch Satterwhite  Kaden is student at Woodville High School.
