Sara Shepherd Duchess Sara Shepherd will represent the Bullard in the 2024 festival. Sara is the daughter of Christine and Benji Shepherd. Trevor Hatton, son of Karen and Rusty Hatton of Woodville, will serve as Sara's escort during the festival.
