Duchess Kylie Brown will represent Flower Mound in the 81st festival. Kylie is the daughter of Donna and Jeff Hastings of Flower Mound. Her escort during the festival will be Karson Fowler.  Karson is the son of Jinger and Kris Fowler. Karson attends Woodville High School. Karson's cousin Emma McClure will also be joining him as a member of the 2024 Royal Court.
